How it works
From evaluation to class
Start where you are
Some people begin with an evaluation and a plan. Others start with a class. Both are welcome.
Small groups
Rooms stay small enough that your therapist can see and adjust you.
Every move has options
We offer a gentler or harder version of everything, so you never have to keep up.
About the classes
Do I have to join a class?
No. Many people come for an evaluation and a plan and nothing more. The classes are there if you want to keep moving with the same people.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring your plan card, a list of your medicines if you like, and any questions, written down or not. Come to a class in whatever you wear to exercise.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, to the postpartum class. There is room on the mat for a blanket and a baby.
Ready to try a class?
Call or send a message and we will help you pick one.
