Care

Support through the months you are expecting and the months after, whichever way your birth went.

What it can look like
Your body changes a lot, and so do your questions about it. We help you with comfort while you are expecting, with a plan for after the birth, and with the slow work of rebuilding strength when you are ready for it. Babies are welcome at postpartum classes.

You choose the plan

Questions about this
Will I need an internal exam?
Only if you want one, and never at a first visit by default. We explain what it is, ask before each step, and stop the moment you say so. Many evaluations are a conversation and a look at how you move.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring your plan card, a list of your medicines if you like, and any questions, written down or not. Come to a class in whatever you wear to exercise.
Do I have to join a class?
No. Many people come for an evaluation and a plan and nothing more. The classes are there if you want to keep moving with the same people.
