Your evaluation
What happens at a first visit
About an hour with a physical therapist, in a private room. You decide how much we do.

Your evaluation
One hour, four steps, all at your pace
A physical therapist, a private room and time to talk.
Step 1: You tell us what is going on
We start with a conversation. Take your time. There are no wrong words, and you set how much you share.
Step 2: We look at how you move
Posture, breathing, hips, back and core, in comfortable clothes, in the studio's own space.
Step 3: An internal exam, only if you want one
It is never required and never a surprise. We explain it first, ask before each step, and stop whenever you say.
Step 4: We agree on a plan
We tell you what we found in plain words and what we suggest. You choose what to do next, and leave with a few exercises for home and a place in a class if you would like one.
Before you come
What to know
What to wear

What to bring

Who comes with you

Your say
You can stop, pause or skip anything, at any point, and you never have to give a reason.
